The Little Mermaid Promotes Heterosexuality

June 24, 2009

Wow, just plain wow. Researchers at U of M have grudingly concluded that Disney’s  well loved fairy tales are encouraging children to think of the heterosexual relationship as normal!! Boy meets girl and they fall in love. It’s so romantic and just “taken-for-granted” and it really grates on the researchers, Emily Kazyak and Karin Martin.

“Characters in love are surrounded by music, flowers, candles, magic, fire, balloons, fancy dresses, dim lights, dancing and elaborate dinners,” the researchers observed. “Fireflies, butterflies, sunsets, wind and the beauty and power of nature often provide the setting for – and a link to the naturalness of – hetero-romantic love.”

Ummmm, heterosexualness IS natural.

So while your kindergarteners may be getting brain-washed by the homosexual movement against your wishes, Disney will provide them with pleasant, pretty images of heterosexual relationships. Hooray for Disney. (Now don’t go making flowery homosexual tales Disney, just stick with the Brothers Grimm story lines.)
